Our mantels are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Should a shipment be damaged by UPS, FedEx or other carrier, we will repair or replace it. It is the responsibility of the customer to file claims in the event of shipping damage or loss. In the unlikely event your mantel should require repair or replacement due to defects in material or workmanship, just send the mantel back to us and we will repair or replace it at our option and at no extra cost to you. If the package is damaged during shipment you should notify both us and your shipper immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to file all shipping claims. We guarantee our measurements to be within 3/16" of your verified measurements.*

Our guarantee does not apply to our mantel surrounds if you have not installed or provided us with your facing material measurements.
